Guidelines for applications to The Activity Fund

Funds from The Activity Fund are granted based on a qualitative assesment based on the following criteria:

• Funds will not be granted to the daily operations of associations or groups within Studentersamfundet.
• Funds will not be granted for expenses brought upon the applicant before the grant has been confirmed.
• Expenses will only be reimbursed upon delivering documentation of the amount of expence, additionally only the documented amount will be reimbursed and only up to the amount granted.
• It has to be stated clearly in any advertisement material that Studentersamfundet has contributed to the activity.
• Application must be sent in no later than 14 days before the start of the event.
